Republic of Ireland

Northern Ireland

United Kingdom

Selected international locations (EU & beyond – see checkout)

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like An Post for shipping within Ireland and other reputable couriers for international delivery.

Delivery options and carriers shown at checkout may vary depending on your shipping address.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Irish public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date of dispatch:

Ireland & Northern Ireland
Standard delivery: 1–4 business days

United Kingdom
 Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

European Union & International
 Standard delivery: 5–12 business days

Delivery times can vary due to local customs processing or carrier delays.


5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €99 within Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Orders under €99 will incur a shipping charge at checkout calculated by weight and destination.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery country

Weight of your order

Shipping method selected

See the final shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
You can track your parcel with the information provided in that email.


8. Missed Deliveries & Delivery Issues

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

Attempt a re-delivery

Leave a collection card with instructions

Please follow their instructions to arrange delivery or collection.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.


9. International Shipping & Duties

For orders shipped outside Ireland or the United Kingdom:

Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the price of the products or shipping cost.

Please check your local customs policies before ordering.


10. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to:

Failed delivery attempts

Incorrect address

Refusal to pay local duties

We will refund the product cost minus the shipping charges.
Reshipping can be provided at an additional cost upon request.


11. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We may ask for:

Photographs of the damaged item or packaging

Tracking information

This helps us process a claim with the courier.
